Job Title: QMS executive

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate must be from Food Industry .

Must have - FSSAI , BRCGS & SEDEX

Ensure that QMS processes are properly established, implemented, and maintained across the organization.

Act as the single point of contact and coordinator for all buyer audits, external certifications, and surveillance audits.

Take complete ownership of internal and external audits, including preparation, execution, reporting, and follow-up of corrective actions.

Develop, update, and manage all documentation required for audits and certifications (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2018, BRC, SEDEX, etc.).

Conduct training sessions for staff on SOPs, 5S, Safety, Food Safety, Quality, Personal Hygiene, and other relevant topics to ensure compliance and awareness.

Oversee and manage standard work instructions, audit schedules, test methods, and process controls.

Support and ensure adherence to all policies, procedures, and operational guidelines related to the QMS.

Continuously monitor, review, and improve QMS performance to meet buyer and certification requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Hands-on experience in managing certifications such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2018 (update this from ISO 22000:2005, which is obsolete), BRC, SEDEX, or equivalent.

Strong knowledge of QMS principles, audit processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.

Excellent communication, coordination, and training skills.

Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
