Assist in preparation, updating, and control of QMS documents: Quality Manual SOPs / Work Instructions Process Flow Charts Maintain document control as per revision control procedure Ensure availability of latest documents at point of use Support compliance activities for

IATF 16949 / ISO 9001

Assist in planning and execution of

internal audits

Prepare audit checklists and audit reports Follow up on

Non-Conformities (NCs)

and closure of CAPA Support in customer audits and third-party audits Maintain customer-specific requirement (CSR) records Support process compliance checks on shop floor Assist in QMS awareness sessions for employees Track training effectiveness (where applicable) Maintain QMS records and MIS reports Support management review meeting (MRM) data preparation Ensure proper record retention as per policy

Requirements : -

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering.

0-2 years' experience in QMS / Quality function (Automotive preferred).

Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001

Basic understanding of:

APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan (basic level)

MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Willingness to learn and improve

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
