Job Purpose

To implement, maintain, and improve QMS and EHS systems in line with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, and to effectively manage internal, external, and customer audits.
Key Responsibilities
------------------------
Maintain and improve IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems.
Plan, conduct, and close internal audits as per audit schedule.
Independently face IATF certification and surveillance audits.
Prepare for and support customer audits and ensure closure of audit findings.
Control QMS and EHS documentation including manuals, procedures, SOPs, and records.
Handle audit non-conformities, perform root cause analysis, and ensure effective CAPA.
Apply AIAG Core Tools and 7 basic quality tools for system compliance and improvement.
Support Management Review Meetings (MRM) and track action items.
Skills & Knowledge (
Mandatory
)

Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
Hands-on experience in internal, external, and customer audits
Working knowledge of AIAG Core Tools
Practical application of 7 basic quality tools
Good documentation and audit-handling skills
