Contribute to the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) across the organization.
Documentation Control:
Manage the Documentation Cell, ensuring effective document change control and revision management for all departments.
Record Management:
Ensure that all documented records generated throughout the project life cycle comply with project and process requirements; conduct real-time verification of records for accuracy and completeness
Audit Support:
Provide support during internal, layer, and external audits, including those related to applicable certifications (e.g., ISO standards).
Non-Conformance Management:
Track and ensure timely closure of internal audit observations and non-conformities as per defined schedules.
Process Documentation:
Ensure that all policies, procedures, work instructions, forms, and objectives are clear, concise, accurate, and properly maintained. Assist process owners in effective QMS implementation.
Performance Monitoring:
Monitor and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to quality performance to the reporting manager.
Standardization:
Drive quality performance with the goal of achieving a unified, standardized approach ("one standard for all").
Quality Culture:
Promote consensus, collaboration, and a proactive quality culture throughout the organization.
Continuous Improvement:
Lead and support proactive quality initiatives to enhance system efficiency and compliance.
Additional Responsibilities:
Perform other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the Manager or Management, as required.
