: Up to 35,000 CTC

: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Responsibilities

Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems as per IATF 16949, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards. Prepare and manage documents such as Control Plan, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and related QMS requirements. Monitor and improve 5S, safety practices, and Kaizen activities across the workplace. Conduct audits, support internal audit activities, and ensure compliance with QMS standards. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports using MS Office tools. Support process improvements, defect reduction, and process standardization. Coordinate with production, maintenance, and safety teams for effective implementation of QMS. Ensure proper documentation, record control, and data management. Assist in training team members on SOPs, safety, and QMS procedures.

Skills Required

Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 Understanding of Control Plan, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Poka-Yoke Knowledge of Safety, 5S, and Kaizen Strong skills in MS Office and report preparation Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills
