Participate in overall infrastructure design, strategy, backup and recovery of the Qlik suite of products including Qlik Sense Experience working with Qlik Sense sites and the Qlik Management Console, to provide data and application governance, library maintenance, as well as user and application security Experience managing the policies and options that run the Qlik Sense servers and apps Work independently with customer on Qlik architecture strategy development Work closely with other technology teams for the deployment, configuration, system support of multiple services across an expansive and diverse technology environment Install, configure and upgrade Qlik Server, Publisher and other 3rd Party tools (nPrinting, kliqPlan) in a multi-server/multi-node environment. Analyze Windows Event logs and Qlik Sense Server/Publisher log files to troubleshoot and solve issues; Identify potential solutions to resolve and prevent service interruptions Administer/maintain access to Qlik Sense Management Console for document administrators Pro-actively monitor the Qlik Sense environment to ensure performance on the servers Perform load/regression testing on dashboards using J-Meter for efficiency and to minimize risk to the environment Requirements Manage migration of QLIK objects between Development, QA and Production environments Define best practices and governance for Qlik Sense deployments Experience utilizing Qlik Publisher scheduling, task administration and security capabilities Working knowledge of establishing Qlik Connectors for platforms like SAS, SAP, Oracle, MS SQL Server or Saleforce.com Experience in performance tuning of Qlik Sense server and publisher Mentor developers and provide technical documentation, developer guides and assist in trouble shooting. Participate in the design reviews to ensure conformance to design/certification standards.
