Monitor raw material quality, storage conditions & FIFO/FEFO compliance
Conduct daily checks on food preparation, cooking & serving practices
Handle customer complaints related to food quality and take corrective actions
Maintain quality records, SOPs, and inspection checklists
mplement and monitor
HACCP & Food Safety Management System (FSMS)
Ensure personal hygiene compliance of food handlers (uniform, cap, gloves, grooming)
Monitor cleaning & sanitation schedules for kitchen, equipment & dining areas
Control pest management activities and verify service reports
Ensure proper waste segregation and disposal
Ensure compliance with
FSSAI, Factory Act, Labour Laws, Client QHSE norms
Prepare for
internal & external audits
Close audit non-conformities and implement CAPA
Maintain statutory licenses, training records & certifications
Conduct hygiene, safety & food handling training for employees
Induct new employees on QHSE policies
Promote safety culture through toolbox talks & posters
Coordinate with client representatives during inspections & audits
Address client observations and ensure timely corrective actions
Support operations team to maintain QHSE standards without disruption
