Health & Safety:
Develop safety policies, conduct risk assessments (Job Safety Analysis), investigate incidents, ensure protective equipment, and train staff on safe practices (e.g., manual handling, fire safety).
Environmental Management:
Manage waste, energy use, and chemical controls, aiming for sustainability, reduced carbon footprint, and compliance with regulations.
Compliance & Certification:
Secure and maintain certifications (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 22000), ensuring adherence to legal requirements (like EFDA).
Auditing & Reporting:
Conduct internal audits, monitor processes, report on KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to management, and prepare for external audits.
Culture & Training:
Foster a strong QHSE culture, train employees, and ensure all levels understand their responsibilities for quality, safety, and environment.
