The QHSE Auditor is responsible for planning, conducting, and reporting internal and external audits related to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards. The role ensures compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and execute QHSE internal audits across sites and departments.
Conduct supplier/vendor audits to evaluate compliance with QHSE requirements.
Identify non-conformities, risks, and improvement areas, and follow up on corrective actions.
Maintain and update QHSE documentation, audit reports, and compliance records.
Ensure continuous alignment with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) and company QHSE policies.
Support operations in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Assist in incident investigation and root cause analysis.
Provide QHSE awareness training to employees when required.
Participate in management review meetings and share audit findings.
Monitor compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
Certified Internal Auditor (ISO 9001/14001/45001) preferred.
2-5 years of experience in QHSE auditing or compliance roles.
Strong knowledge of QHSE standards, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent observation, reporting, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple audits.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
