Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manufacture advanced skincare formulations Research and innovate with new ingredients and technologies Conduct stability and efficacy testing to ensure high product standards Collaborate with R&D and marketing teams to launch new skincare solutions Maintain compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines Optimize production processes for efficiency and quality
Requirements:

Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, Cosmetics Technology or related field 2-5 years of experience in skincare, cosmetics, or personal care product formulation. Strong knowledge of active ingredients, emulsions, and skincare trends Hands-on experience in lab testing and formulation development Open-minded, innovative, and passionate about skincare Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
