Job Title: QC Inspector + Dispatch Coordinator (Factory)

Job Summary

We are hiring a QC + Dispatch Coordinator to ensure all factory-finished materials are quality checked, packed correctly, and dispatched on time without missing items. This role is critical to reduce rework and site delays.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect finished products for size, drilling, edging, finish, and damages Ensure packing, labeling, and box count is correct project-wise Verify hardware box and outsourced items (mirror/glass/cushion etc.) included Coordinate dispatch schedule, vehicle booking, loading and delivery timing Maintain QC checklist + Dispatch checklist and sign-off approvals Coordinate with Site Manager for delivery time and site readiness Report holds/issues immediately to GM/Factory Manager
Requirements

Strong attention to detail and checklist discipline Basic Excel/Google Sheets reporting
