Requirements

Graduates from the stream of Computer Science and Information Technology.

Experience: 0 to 2 years

Candidates with knowledge in Manual testing and Application support are preferred.

Responsibilities

Soft Skill:

Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Good verbal and written communication skills.

Technical Skill:

Database: SQL Server, Oracle Others: VMware, Hyper-V, Web Server: IIS,Windows Server Administration: Basic Networking skills

Responsibilities:

Manual Testing

Design and execute test cases based on project requirements and user stories.

Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to identify defects and inconsistencies.

Document test results and defects and collaborate with development teams and project stakeholders to resolve issues.

Ensure test environments are set up and maintained accurately.

Application Support

Provide technical support to end-users through various channels (e.g., email, chat, calls etc)

. Troubleshoot software issues reported by users, diagnose problems, and escalate when necessary.

Document user-reported issues and resolutions for future reference.

Assist in the creation of user guides and documents to help users resolve common problems independently.
