Position: PM QC Supervisor (Packaging Material)

Location:

Oad, Ahmedabad

Shift:

9:00 AM to 6:30 PM (Mon-Sat)

Salary:

Job Summary:

Looking for a PM QC Supervisor to handle quality inspection of packaging materials like bottles, caps, plugs, labels, cartons, and shrink sleeves. The role includes incoming inspection, in-process quality checks, supplier coordination, documentation, and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect incoming packaging materials and verify dimensions, GSM, micron, fitment, sealing, colour & printing quality. Perform in-process QC checks on bottle-cap-plug-label assemblies. Report and coordinate with suppliers for defects and CAPA. Maintain QC records, inspection reports, and documentation. Supervise quality inspectors and ensure sampling as per AQL standards. Support quality improvements and resolve issues like leakage, label defects, sealing, variation, etc.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Engineering/Science/Packaging Technology. 2-5 years QC/QA experience in FMCG/Cosmetics/Pharma/Food industry. Knowledge of packaging materials & QC parameters.
Good communication and reporting skills.
