Job Description

Key Responsibilities of a QC Supervisor:

Supervision and Training:

Oversee the work of QC inspectors and technicians, providing training and guidance.

Inspection and Testing:

Conduct or oversee product inspections, tests, and audits to ensure compliance with standards.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and any non-conforming issues.

Process Improvement:

Identify areas for improvement in quality control procedures and processes.

Problem Solving:

Investigate and resolve quality issues, working with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and company policies.

Reporting:

Prepare reports on quality performance, including defect analysis and corrective actions.

Team Management:

Manage the performance of QC team members, providing feedback, conducting evaluations, and addressing any disciplinary issues.
