Job Description

As a QC In-line Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

Conducting in-line inspections and quality checks at various stages of the production process to ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements. Monitoring the production line to identify any deviations from quality specifications and taking corrective actions as needed. Collaborating with production teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective and preventive measures. Documenting and maintaining accurate records of quality inspections and test results. Providing feedback and training to production line staff to improve awareness and understanding of quality standards and procedures. Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the quality control process. Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, chemical, plastic etc) preferred.

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior experience required.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify quality issues.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.

- Knowledge of quality control principles and practices is a plus, but not required.
