Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor s Degree in Microbiology, aquaculture Food Microbiology or related field, required.
6+ years full-time experience required. Experience in sea food industry is preferred.
Knowledge in food safety programs and regulations are plus.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
