Job Description

We are looking for a

QC Officer

with hands-on experience in HPLC analysis and validation activities. The role involves testing raw materials, intermediates, and finished products, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine and non-routine analysis using HPLC and other analytical instruments. Conduct method validation, method verification, and method development as required. Prepare and review analytical reports, COAs, and validation documents. Ensure adherence to cGMP, GLP, and safety standards in the QC lab. Maintain calibration, troubleshooting, and documentation for HPLC and related equipment. Handle sampling of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products. Support stability studies and maintain proper records. Coordinate with QA and production teams for timely release of materials. Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.

Requirements:

B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Pharmaceuticals, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in QC with strong hands-on HPLC skills. Knowledge of method validation (ICH guidelines preferred). Good understanding of cGMP, documentation, and laboratory practices. Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work independently.
