Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products as per Ayurvedic Pharmacopoeia and internal standards.

Ensure proper sampling, labeling, and storage of materials and samples.

Maintain and calibrate QC laboratory instruments such as HPLC, UV, pH meter, weighing balance, etc.

Prepare and review COA (Certificate of Analysis) and analytical reports.

Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and ensure all test records are maintained accurately.

Assist in method validation, stability studies, and process validation when required.

Support QA in investigating quality deviations, OOS, or product complaints.

Ensure compliance with AYUSH, GMP, and ISO quality standards.

Maintain documentation as per SOPs and support internal/external audits.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field.

Experience: Freshers/1-2 years in QC department of Ayurvedic / Herbal / Pharmaceutical industry.

Knowledge Required:

o Ayurvedic Pharmacopoeia standards

o Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

o Analytical techniques and documentation practices

Skills Required:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and documentation abilities

Familiar with lab instruments and safety procedures

Team-oriented and detail-focused

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
