Key ResponsibilitiesIOL Visual Inspection

Perform

100% manual visual inspection

of

Intraocular Lenses (IOLs)

using: Magnification lenses / microscopes Controlled illumination and background Inspect IOLs for: Surface scratches Black spots, white spots, fibers Bubbles, inclusions Edge defects, haptics deformation Optical clarity and lens integrity

Quality Compliance

Follow

SOPs, GMP, and medical device quality standards

(ISO 13485). Handle IOLs with extreme care to avoid damage or contamination. Maintain

cleanroom discipline

and aseptic behavior.

Documentation & Reporting

Record inspection results in

batch manufacturing records and inspection logs

. Identify, segregate, and report

rejected IOLs

. Support investigations related to

defect trends

.

Coordination

Coordinate with

Production, QA, and QC teams

for inspection feedback. Support re-inspection or validation activities when required.

Qualifications

Graduate / Diploma / ITI / Science background preferred

Freshers welcome

Prior exposure to

medical device / ophthalmic industry

is an advantage.

cleanroom and shift operations

(Eye test / medical fitness may be mandatory before final selection)

Salary (Indicative)

?12,000 - ?20,000 per month (for freshers) (As per company policy & shifts)*
