Horizon Biolabs Pvt Ltd. is a GLP compliant Pharmaceutical Testing Laboratory located in Hyderabad , India . We are industry-leading global provider of laboratory testing services in Chemical and Microbiological segments across the pharmaceutical , Biotech , medical devices Industries .

Applications are invited from candidates with Msc in Microbiology having minimum 01 years of experience in any reputed Pharma Testing Lab/ CRO /Pharmaceutical Industry .

Should be familiar with :

Microbial enumeration test and test for specified microorganisms (MLT), Antimicrobial Effectiveness Test (AET/PET), Sterility, Bacterial Endotoxin Test (BET by Gel Clot ), Sterility, Environmental Monitoring and Microbiological Assays, Water validation.

Protocol preparation, Report preparation and Method Validations Knowledge is must.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all microbiological activities, including testing, analysis, and research. Supervise and lead a team of microbiologists, providing guidance, training, and evaluation to ensure optimal performance. Review and interpret test results, prepare reports, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders. Identify and implement improvements to existing microbiological processes, methods, and techniques to enhance efficiency and productivity. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all microbiological activities, including test results, procedures, and reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as quality assurance, quality control ,research and development for continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and standards. Single Point of contact for day to day operations in Microbiology Laboratory. Should face Customer and regulatory audits .
