Test food and water samples for bacteria, yeast, and mold.
Do daily lab work using microbiology equipment.
Maintain lab cleanliness and hygiene.
Keep proper records of test results.
Follow food safety standards (FSSAI, ISO, HACCP).
Check hygiene in the production area.
Help in internal and external audits.
Collect samples from production and storage areas.
Report any quality or safety issues to QA Manager.
Work with the QA team to ensure safe and quality food.
Skills Needed:
Basic microbiology lab knowledge
Understanding of food safety rules
Neat and accurate in documentation
Teamwork and communication skills
Willing to learn and work at site/lab
