The Quality Manager is responsible for the administration of the organizations Operational Excellence and Performance System (OEPS), implementation and sustainment of the company's business excellence programs and has the authority over processes affecting service quality. The Quality Professional will provide leadership for the development, implementation, communication and maintenance of the company's OEPS and support system integrity through the geographical area of responsibility.
