Job Description

Qualification:Diploma in Shipbuilding Engineering / Mechanical Engineering

from a recognized institution

Experience:Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in shipyard/dockyard operations.Practical experience working with Quality Control (QC) teams.Strong knowledge of welding processes, standards, and inspection.Familiarity with ship construction, repair, and maintenance activities will be an added advantage.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and monitor shipbuilding/repair activities at the site.Assist in quality control inspections and ensure compliance with technical standards and safety regulations.Coordinate with the QC team to verify welding quality, structural alignment, and material specifications.Prepare daily progress reports and communicate updates to management.Ensure safety practices are followed during all site activities.Additional Requirements:Strong communication and reporting skills.Ability to work in a team and under pressure in a challenging shipyard environment.Willingness to work extended hours when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,587.09 - ₹60,681.06 per month
