Job Description

Material Quality:

Control incoming raw materials (cement, aggregates, water, admixtures) to meet company and Indian Standards (IS).

Production Control:

Oversee concrete quality during batching and mixing, implementing immediate QC measures and analyzing cube test results.

Team & Systems:

Manage, train, and develop the QA/QC team; establish and maintain quality systems and procedures.

Client Management:

Address escalated client queries and complaints regarding concrete quality, ensuring satisfaction.

Reporting:

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly QA/QC reports for management.

Compliance:

Ensure adherence to all QA/QC protocols, industry standards (IS), and internal norms.

Plant Operations:

Coordinate with operations, manage plant equipment, and participate in lab trials and R&D initiatives.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
