Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and mentor the Quality Control team, including analysts and supervisors. Ensure all QC testing (raw materials, in-process, finished products, stability samples) is performed accurately and on time. Review, approve, and trend analytical data, test results, and laboratory reports. Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines (FDA, EMA, WHO, ICH). Oversee method validation, transfer, and verification activities. Manage investigations related to OOS (Out of Specification), OOT (Out of Trend), deviations, and CAPA. Ensure proper calibration, qualification, and maintenance of laboratory instruments. Support regulatory inspections, audits, and customer audits; prepare responses to observations. Approve QC-related documents including SOPs, protocols, reports, and specifications. Coordinate with QA, Production, R&D, and Supply Chain to support manufacturing and product release. Monitor laboratory performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure data integrity and compliance with ALCOA+ principles.
