We are a company started by a group of IIM and NIFT graduates with a vision of

building an apparel brand that India can be proud of. We are India's first online

customization portal for active wear. Over the last 6 years, we have been able to serve

more than 20000 clients across India. We offer fashionably designed, contemporary

basics for men, women, and kids that are produced in India.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Quality

Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our

products through rigorous quality control measures while also coordinating

production activities to optimize efficiency and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance Leadership:

Lead the Quality Control team in developing and implementing quality control processes and procedures. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements. Develop and maintain quality documentation, including inspection criteria, SOPs, and quality manuals.

Process Improvement:

Identify areas for process improvement and work with production teams to implement corrective actions. Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas of concern, driving continuous improvement initiatives. Work closely with R&D, Production, and Supply Chain teams to ensure quality is integrated into all stages of product development and manufacturing.

Inspection & Testing:

Oversee incoming raw material inspections, in-process checks, and final product inspections. Ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards before they are released to the market. Coordinate with third-party testing labs as required for product certifications and compliance testing.

Team Management:

Supervise, mentor, and develop the Quality Control team. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members. Ensure the team is trained on the latest quality control methodologies and industry best practices.

Reporting & Documentation:

Prepare and present quality reports to senior management. Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and product non-conformities. Ensure all quality documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible for audits.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
