Key Responsibilities:
Manage QC laboratory operations and staff
Ensure timely testing and release of materials and products
Review and approve analytical data, COAs, and test reports
Maintain laboratory instruments, calibration, and validation
Handle OOS, OOT investigations, and CAPA implementation
Ensure compliance with GMP and laboratory standards
Coordinate with QA and production teams for quality issues
Qualifications & Experience:
B.Pharm / M.Pharm / MSc (Analytical Chemistry or related discipline)
7-12 years of experience in QC in pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing
Strong knowledge of analytical techniques and GMP requirements
Experience in managing QC teams and lab operations
