Department: Quality Control

Position: Deputy Manager - QC, Level - 7

Qualification & Experience: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / BE, Btech Mechanical Engineering 8 to 10 years' experience in CRGO/Lamination manufacturing industry

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product & Process Quality Oversight

Ensure comprehensive product knowledge and quality standards for

CRGO lamination

, including core loss, permeability, and burr specifications. Implement and monitor

QA/QC procedures

across all L1-L6 stages of CRGO processing (cutting, annealing, stacking, etc.).

2. Inspection & Audit Management

Coordinate and ensure

timely completion of all internal and external inspections

. Prepare for and

successfully conduct customer and third-party audits

(ISO, NABL, etc.). Ensure

timely closure of NCs (Non-Conformities)

raised during audits and inspections.

3. Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ)

Calculate and analyse

cost of poor quality

for both internal rejections and external customer complaints. Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to reduce COPQ systematically.

4. Documentation & NABL Compliance

Prepare, review, and maintain

CRGO lab documentation as per NABL (ISO/IEC 17025) guidelines

. Ensure

calibration records, test reports, and traceability documents

are current and audit-ready.

5. Quality Assurance Plan (QAP/MQP) Compliance

Ensure all CRGO lamination processes adhere to approved

QAP (Quality Assurance Plan)

and

MQP (Manufacturing Quality Plan)

. Oversee

sample testing, in-process checks, and final inspection

based on QAP parameters.

6. Continuous Improvement & Kaizen

Lead

Kaizen initiatives

aimed at zero defects, breakdown prevention, and

in-process cost reduction

. Promote a culture of continuous quality improvement across teams.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
