Develop and implement quality assurance and control processes and procedures specific to the manufacturing of overhead cranes, crane components, and crane kits.
Establish quality standards and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and certifications throughout the manufacturing process.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess product quality and process adherence, considering both complete cranes and individual components and kits.
Collaborate with production, Design & Estimation, and other departments to resolve quality issues and ensure continuous improvement.
Analyse quality data, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance the manufacturing process.
Train and educate employees on quality management principles and practices specific to overhead crane manufacturing and component production
