to oversee all quality assurance and food safety operations within our growing food manufacturing company. The QC Manager will ensure that all products meet regulatory standards, customer expectations, and internal quality benchmarks. This role requires strong leadership, excellent analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of food safety systems.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and food safety programs (HACCP, GMP, ISO).
Lead daily quality inspections, product testing, and process audits across production lines.
Manage QC staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
Investigate non-conformities, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain all documentation, records, and reports required for regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with production, R&D, and procurement teams to ensure consistent product quality.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of QC or QA experience in the food industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
Proven leadership and team-management skills.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
