We are looking for a

QA/QC Lab Technician

to join our high-rise apartment construction project. The candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory and field tests to ensure construction materials and workmanship comply with approved specifications, standards, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine laboratory tests for concrete, cement, aggregates, soil, steel, and other construction materials Perform fresh and hardened concrete tests such as slump test, cube casting, compressive strength testing, etc. Maintain proper sampling, testing, and curing procedures as per standards Ensure materials used at site meet approved quality standards and specifications Prepare and maintain test reports, registers, and quality records Coordinate with QA/QC Engineer and Site Engineers for quality-related activities Monitor site workmanship quality and report non-conformities Ensure calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment Follow safety and quality control procedures at site Assist in quality audits and inspections

Eligibility Criteria:

Diploma / ITI in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical qualification Minimum 2-5 years experience as QA/QC Lab Technician in high-rise apartment / residential projects Good knowledge of IS codes, testing procedures, and quality standards Hands-on experience in site and laboratory testing Ability to work independently and maintain accurate documentation

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
