Position Overview:

As Quality Control Engineer for our Concrete Admixtures and other allied building products, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our materials meet the highest standards of quality and performance. You will work closely with our production and R&D teams to maintain product consistency and compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine quality inspections and testing of admixture products. Analyze test results and report findings to the production and management teams. Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols. Collaborate with R&D to support new product development and improvement. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations. Assist in troubleshooting quality issues and implementing corrective actions. Maintain accurate documentation and records of quality control activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Material Science, Engineering, or related field. Previous experience in quality control, preferably in the admixture or construction materials industry. Strong understanding of chemical properties and testing methods. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
