for an ongoing project at
Nagothane
. The role requires strong hands-on inspection experience in
API 5CT OCTG materials
, including manufacturing-stage inspections, documentation, and client coordination.
Qualification & Experience
B.E. Mechanical
with minimum
5 years
of relevant experience
OR
Diploma Mechanical
with minimum
7 years
of relevant experience
Mandatory Technical Experience
Inspection experience in
API 5CT - Casing & Tubing
Exposure to
OCTG material manufacturing and inspection
Familiar with inspection stages, hold points, and quality documentation
Experience coordinating with vendors, inspection agencies, and client representatives
Certification (Mandatory)
ASNT Level II
(UT / MT / PT - as applicable)
Key Responsibilities
Perform inspection of casing & tubing as per API 5CT requirements
Review inspection stages, test results, and manufacturing records
Verify dimensional checks, NDT reports, and compliance documentation
Coordinate with production, QA/QC teams, and client inspectors
Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records
