3. Laboratory Testing & Documentation
Perform
microbiological tests
, including:
Total Plate Count (TPC)
Total Coliforms
E. coli
Yeast & Mold
Maintain accurate
Lab Test Reports, Daily QC Logs, CCP monitoring sheets, and batch records
.
Issue
NCRs
(Non-Conformance Reports) and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
4. Compliance & Standards
Ensure compliance with:
BIS (IS 14543)
Food Safety Standards (FSSAI)
WHO Drinking Water Guidelines
ISO 22000 / HACCP principles
Assist in internal and external audits, including
NABL or third-party inspections
.
5. Hygiene & Plant Sanitation
Monitor and record sanitation of:
RO plant
Storage tanks
Pipelines
Filling machines
Oversee
CIP (Clean-in-Place)
processes and ensure disinfection logs are maintained.
6. Process Quality Assurance
Evaluate vendor quality for
PET preforms, caps, shrink labels, cartons
, etc.
Ensure proper calibration of lab equipment (pH meter, TDS meter, turbidity meter, etc.).
Identify quality deviations and coordinate with production for immediate corrections.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of
water treatment processes
(RO, UV, Ozone).
Understanding of
microbiology testing methods

BIS standards, HACCP, GMP & quality protocols

Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
