Perform First Piece Inspection (FPI) for every new job or lot

Verify all critical dimensions, tolerances, and visual requirements

Approve the first piece before starting bulk production

Conduct in-process inspections as per defined frequency

Record inspection results and segregate non-conforming parts

Communicate quality issues to Shop Floor and Planning teams

Ensure no defective parts proceed to the next stage

Manage

inward inspection

of raw materials, components, and bought-out items

Manage

outward inspection

before dispatch to ensure products meet quality standards

Maintain

proper record keeping

for all inspection reports, FPI approvals, NC (Non-Conformance) reports, inward/outward registers, and traceability documents

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
