Job Purpose:

To ensure that all raw materials, components, and finished toys comply with safety, chemical, and quality standards as per national and international regulations.

Salary :- 15 to 18K CTC

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect and test raw materials, components, and finished toys for chemical composition, safety, and quality compliance. Conduct chemical testing for paints, plastics, and other materials to ensure they meet regulatory standards (EN71, ASTM F963, BIS, etc.). Perform routine tests such as heavy metal analysis, pH, and other relevant chemical tests. Prepare and maintain accurate QC reports, test data, and documentation for audits. Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, and safety guidelines within the QC lab. Collaborate with production and R&D teams to address quality issues and suggest improvements. Monitor calibration and maintenance of QC instruments and testing equipment. Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with toy industry standards.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of chemistry, material testing, and laboratory practices. Familiarity with toy safety standards (EN71, ASTM F963, BIS) preferred. Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills. Good documentation and reporting abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and lab software.
