Job Description

Making QC Report for Incoming Material in Excel Sheet Conduct and Supervise inspection of raw Materials (Brass rods). Monitor in-process QC During Operation such as turning, threading, drilling, milling, plating, etc. Perform final inspection of finished brass parts before packing and dispatch. Use measuring instruments like Vernier caliper, Micrometer, Plug Gauges, Height Gauges, Bore Gauges, Profile Projector, etc. Prepare and maintain Inspection Reports, QC Checklists, Control Plans. Interpret and study technical drawings, tolerance charts, thread standards, Material specification sheets. Ensure components meet customer requirements for dimension, tolerance, finish, plating, hardness, etc. Handle customer complaints related to quality. Provide 8D reports, corrective actions, Sample approvals, and inspection data. coordinate with sales and production for customer-specific requirements.

Qualifications:

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Skill:

Understanding of machining processes :CNC, multi-slide, automatic turning, forging. Ability to read complex engineering drawings. Proficiency in using measuring instruments.

Experience :

1-2 years of QC experience in brass components /Precision turned parts manufacturing.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
