Position: Head of Quality Control (QC) Location: blr/Noida Salary: 12 lakhs per annum Experience: Minimum 10 years in farm/fruit QC with a scientific approach and business acumen Responsibilities: Lead all Quality Control operations at farms and distribution centers (DCs). Ensure adherence to high-quality standards throughout the supply chain from farm to customer. Develop and implement robust QC protocols and procedures. Train and supervise QC teams to efficiently assess and report on product quality. Analyze QC data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related challenges and drive continuous improvement. Monitor incoming and outgoing products to maintain product integrity and customer satisfaction. Provide insights on how QC practices impact business operations and profitability. Manage QC budget effectively to optimize resources and achieve objectives. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (e.g., agriculture, food science). Proven track record in QC leadership roles, preferably in the agricultural or food industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Business-oriented mindset with a focus on driving results and maximizing efficiency. Experience in training and developing QC teams. Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards. Note: Candidates with experience in warehouse QC will be given preference.
