Job Title: QA/QC Head

Department: Quality Assurance

Location: Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

Role Purpose

To establish and maintain global-level quality control systems ensuring Exalon products meet AQL standards and reduce returns across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and export buyers.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Planning

Create QA SOPs for cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing.

Implement AQL 2.5 systems for all shipments.

Set up QC checkpoints for cutting, inline, finishing, and pre-final audits.

Fabric & Trim Inspection

4-point fabric inspection for all rolls.

Approve fabric GSM, shade, shrinkage, wash test.

Approve printing + embroidery strike-off, heat transfer, sublimation.

Production Quality Control

Inline audits on stitching lines.

Size-set approval.

Pilot run approval.

Pre-final inspection before packing.

Carton marking, ratio, polybag, stickers approval.

Meesho/Amazon Return Control

Identify reasons for returns.

Create preventive actions.

Implement defect-tagging system.

Team Leadership

Manage a team of line QC, finishing QC, and final auditors.

Train staff in measurement, stitching standards, finishing quality.

Documentation

Maintain daily QC reports.

Weekly rejection summary.

Buyer approval and compliance records.

Required Skills

10+ years QA experience in garment factories (preferred export).

Knowledge of AQL, 4-point system, finishing QA.

Strong discipline and leadership.

CTC Range: ₹35,000 - ?70,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
