We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Head to manage all QC work across our dairy plants. The candidate should have strong knowledge of dairy quality standards and be able to lead a team, handle audits, and ensure all products meet safety and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all Quality Control activities in all dairy units
Ensure compliance with
FSSAI, HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP & GHP
Implement and maintain
quality systems, SOPs, and audits
Lead the lab team in
testing, sampling, and documentation
Identify issues, find root causes, and take corrective actions
Train and guide QC staff to maintain high-quality standards
Prepare quality reports and update management regularly
Qualifications
Degree in
Dairy Technology, Food Technology, Microbiology, or similar field
Minimum
10+ years of QC experience
in the dairy industry
Good understanding of food safety standards and lab practices
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
