Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical or relevant field.
Experience
: 4-10 years of experience in Quality Control.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and control overall QC operations as per quality standards.
Implement and maintain QMS as per ISO and customer requirements.
Ensure incoming, in-process, and final inspections as per control plans.
Review and approve quality reports and inspection records.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Engineering to resolve quality issues.
Handle customer complaints, RCA, and CAPA activities.
Monitor and improve processes using QC tools (SPC, MSA, PPAP, 7 QC tools).
Ensure calibration and upkeep of measuring instruments.
Prepare quality performance reports for management.
Lead audits, train QC staff, and drive continuous improvement.
