Defining, interpreting and shaping quality standards

for products and services to ensure they meet legal, customer and internal requirements.

Preparing technical documents, reports, and test plans

that explain the product's specifications and features. Developing testing procedures to

identify product defects

and verify software performance. Recording data such as test results, analytical findings, and inspection measurements. Communicating and

collaborating with cross-functional teams
