Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology preferred.
Conduct routine checks on the production line, including visual inspections and physical tests of products at various stages (e.g., mixing, forming, frying/baking, seasoning).
Collect samples of in-process products and test key quality parameters such as moisture content, oil content, salt content, texture, color, and flavor.
Identify and report any non-conformances, deviations, or quality issues promptly. Collaborate with the production team to investigate root causes and implement corrective actions.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards, HACCP principles, and GMP
Familiarity with quality control instruments and testing methods
Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
