Monitor baking, cooling and packing processes
Ensure product labeling, net weight and coding are correct
Maintain hygiene, sanitation and GMP in production areas
Record quality data and assist during audits
Report and correct any non-conformities
Requirements
B.Sc / M.Sc in Food Technology, Chemistry, Dairy Science, Bio-chemistry or Microbiology
0-3 years of experience in a food or bakery industry
Knowledge of FSSAI, ISO 22000, and food safety practices
Good communication and teamwork skills
