Job Description

Job Title:

QC Executive - Packaging Industry

Location:

Taloja, Navi Mumbai

Qualification:

B.Sc (Chemistry / Science)

Industry:

Packaging / Plastics / Printing

Experience:

1-4 years

Job Responsibilities:

Perform

incoming, in-process, and final quality inspection

of packaging materials (plastic, laminates, bottles, caps, containers, etc.) Conduct

physical, chemical, and visual tests

as per SOPs and customer specifications Ensure

quality compliance

as per ISO / GMP standards Maintain

quality records, test reports, and documentation

Handle

rejection analysis, root cause identification, and corrective actions

Coordinate with

production, store, and dispatch teams

for quality-related issues Support

customer audits and internal audits

Ensure

proper calibration and upkeep of QC instruments

Key Skills Required:

Knowledge of

packaging materials & testing standards

Understanding of

QC tools, SOPs, GMP, ISO systems

Good

documentation & reporting skills

Basic knowledge of

MS Office

Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Preferred Profile:

Candidates from

Packaging / Plastics / Printing industry

background Experience in

blow molding, injection molding, extrusion, lamination

will be an advantage.
