Responsibilities and Duties

Monitor and ensure all process parameters during manufacturing, packing, and dispatch operations are maintained as per defined standards, and report any non-compliance promptly. Oversee Critical Control Points (CCP) and Operational Prerequisite Programs (OPRP), ensuring accurate monitoring, documentation, and compliance with food safety standards. Conduct regular personal hygiene checks of production staff and maintain proper records and reports. Verify product parameters such as weight, pack size, labeling, and storage conditions, ensuring they meet quality and regulatory requirements. Inspect and document plant hygiene conditions to maintain a clean and compliant production environment. Collect and manage samples of finished goods, raw materials, and packing materials for quality analysis. Monitor and document all Prerequisite Programs (PRP) activities to support consistent food safety and quality assurance.
