Attending daily morning meeting & sharing defects information with team. Need to Visit Vendor Place for MAchine FAT. Form Testing Machine 5S & Check Sheet
.o First Part Approval Inspection
.o Model Change Inspection & Model Change Sheet
.o Line Audit Inspection & Line Audit Sheet.

Monthly Layout Inspection
.o Accuracy Assessment report.

o TECHNICAL SKILLS:-

Roundness tester m/c Roughness tester m/c
,o Microscopeo Contour tester

Coordinate measuring machine operating
.o Vernier calliper, Micrometre, Slip gauge, Mill mess, Pneumatic gauge, Dead centre

Good Knowledge of GD & T Parameters
.o Good Knowledge of Visual Defects.

Good Knowledge of Quality Checking Instrument Good Knowledge of Form Testing Machine. Good Knowledge of CMM & Microscope Good Knowledge of SPC, 7QC TOOLS, Poisson Test. Basic Knowledge of Instrument Calibration
