Led by creativity, our Product Innovation Department ensures to use cutting edge technology in developing new products and customer friendly processes to bake the best delicacies.

Right now, we have opening for QC Executive

Experience : 2-5 years

Qualification: B.Sc/M.Sc Food Technology

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee quality control activities for raw materials, in-process, and finished products.

Conduct internal audits, inspections, and compliance checks as per regulatory and certification requirements.

Develop and maintain SOPs, quality documentation, and records in accordance with industry standards.

Lead investigations of non-conformities, customer complaints, and root cause analysis, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Monitor hygiene, sanitation, and GMP compliance across production areas.

Train production and quality teams on food safety, quality standards, and best practices.

Coordinate with suppliers for material quality issues and ensure adherence to specifications.

Support preparation and execution of external audits (BRCGS, FSSC 22000, ISO).

Ensure proper implementation of product testing and analysis, including chemical, microbiological, and sensory evaluations
