The Quality Control Executive will be responsible for ensuring that all food and FMCG products meet established quality and safety standards. The role involves monitoring production processes, conducting inspections, analyzing samples, and implementing corrective actions to maintain product consistency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and control quality parameters throughout the production process.
Conduct routine inspections, sampling, and testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
Collaborate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.
Conduct root cause analysis of product deviations, rejections, or customer complaints.
Maintain proper documentation, inspection reports, and audit records.
Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation, and safety practices within production areas.
Train and guide staff on quality awareness, food safety, and compliance practices.
