: Quality Control Executive (Female)



Reporting to

: Factory Manager



Definition and Overall Requirement:

Quality control is referring to the systematic processes and practices implemented to ensure that coffee products consistently meet predetermined standards of excellence and comply with regulatory requirements. The goal of Quality Assurance is to guarantee that every stage of the coffee production process, from sourcing raw materials to packaging the final product, adheres to specific criteria, resulting in a high-quality and safe coffee experience for consumers.

Key Responsibilities includes & not limited to:



Conduct cupping for both Bayar's and Private Label products.

Rigorous evaluation of coffee beans and other ingredients to ensure they meet quality specifications and are free from defects.

Offer support for detailed documentation and respond to emails concerning product quality.

Participate in new product development and research and development (R&D) initiatives, including crafting samples that match customer requirements.

Conduct shelf-life studies on our product range.

Oversee quality inspections for both Bayar's and Private Labelling, encompassing raw materials (RM) and finished goods.

Supervise recipe changes and keep records of customer complaints.

Lead the development of new coffee products, blends, and flavors.

Identify market trends and consumer preferences to guide product innovation.

Manage end-to-end R&D projects, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.

Coordinate with internal teams, including production, marketing, and quality control, to bring new products to market.

Collaborate with the Quality Control team to improve and maintain product quality.

Conduct sensory evaluations and analyze feedback to refine product formulations.

Source and evaluate new ingredients and raw materials for potential use in coffee products.

Work closely with suppliers to assess the quality and sustainability of ingredients.

Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and product consistency.

Collaborate with production teams to implement changes to manufacturing processes.

Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences, competitor products, and industry trends.

Analyze data to make informed decisions about product development strategies.

Ensure that all new products comply with relevant regulations and standards.

Stay updated on changes in regulations affecting the food and beverage industry.

Maintain detailed records of R&D activities, including formulations, processes, and testing results.

Generate regular reports on R&D project progress and outcomes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
